Orders for Valentine's Day delivery must be placed by Monday, February 13th at 12:00 PM. Delivery is only available between February 14th and February 15th, 2024 in Gauteng. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the day, we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

- Sometimes substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to availability however, we make every effort to maintain the style, theme, and colour scheme of the arrangement using flowers of equal value.
- Please ensure that recipient names and card messages are spelled correctly to avoid any errors. Messages and names will be printed exactly as provided.
- Packaging for gifts and floral arrangements is subject to change. Paper sheets for floral arrangements and bouquets may be substituted with cello sleeves.
